G-Dragon:
You didn’t know how you got such an amazing job. You got to be the water girl for Bigbang. Which means that you got to hand them water and towels whenever they needed it. This was more than front row seats to a concert which have costed up to $1000 which was out of your budget.
Luckily, you were close to the guys because you weren’t like the other girls. You could wrestle with the other guys and often times, you would win. They liked that about you. And you would hang out together and have belching contests. Your sister always teased you, saying that you were meant to be a guy, and sometimes, you often believed her. But here you are now a few years later, in the spot that millions of girls would kill right now to be you.
But being backstage, where the other idols were, made you feel insecure about yourself. Sometimes, when GD would ask you to bring him water, you would hear the other girl idols snicker as you walked by. Compared to them, you were as plain as cardboard. People usually didn’t give you a second glance. You never really cared about your appearance till now. You had a tomboy haircut that was really short. Sometimes, people often mistaken you for a pretty boy.
The next day was your day off and you decided that it was time for a makeover. You got your nails done, and for the first time in years, you actually wore makeup. For the past month now, you’ve grown your hair out to reach your shoulders, so you were able to curl it into a cute curly bob. Instead of wearing your normal sweats, you wore a black off the shoulder sweater, and a pink mini skirt that stopped just inches before your knees. You also wore black heels, red lipstick, and black sunglasses.
When you walked in, no one recognized you. Everyone was whispering as you walked towards BigBang’s practice room.
“Who is she?”
“I didn’t know YG had a new idol.”
You smiled in content as you walked past everyone. You always had a thing for Jiyong, but you knew that you couldn’t date him because you were from different worlds. But at the reactions of people as you walked by, you couldn’t help but feel like you actually could this time.
You took in a breath of air and walked into the room. The music had stopped and once again, you got the same reaction from the people outside.
Everyone stared at you until Taeyang finally pushed GD at you. GD glared at his hyung and smoothly made his way over to you. “Annyeonghaseyo, I’m afraid we haven’t met.” Jiyong says, bowing.
“You pabo, it’s me!” You say.
His eyes widened. “________!?”
“What happened to you!?” GD asks.
You frowned. This wasn’t the reaction that you wanted from him. He noticed your discontent with his comment and took you outside with him.
“Cham kkan man yo.” He says to everyone inside as he grabs your hand and pulls you outside.
“…You don’t like my new look?” You say to him still pouting.
He blushed and looked away. He wasn’t used to seeing your aegyo. But now that he has, he thinks it’s adorable.
“Anniyo, I never said that ________.” He says, calmly.
“Then why does it seem like you don’t like it? In all truthfulness, I did this for you.” You say, now it’s your turn to blush.
He looks back at you.”Jin jjah? …Wae?”
“Because I thought you liked stuff like this.” You say, playing with the ruffles on your skirt.
“Honestly… I think I liked you the other way better. You look fine the way you are now, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen a girl in- in this.” He says, pointing at your sweater.
“I mean, I’m not going to lie, I think girly girls are pretty, but I like a girl who could look good in a dress if she wants to AND be my hyung too.”
This made you laugh. You couldn’t help but feel a bit foolish now. You looked down.
“I mean, you don’t need to change for me. It’s not like you like me or any-.” He stopped himself and looked at you.
“U-unless you do… like me…”
You looked up at him, your heart beating so fast. Here it is, that moment you’ve been waiting for. ”Shit, Jiyong, why must you do this to me?”
He takes a brief pause and closes the door behind him. He looks at you with the most sincere expression ever. It made you want to melt.
”______…” He says your name slowly, enough to make your heart beat out of control. “I might like you too. But I’m unsure.”
You quickly look up at him. Your face looks like a mixture of shock and surprise.
“-But. But we’ll never know until we try. What do you say?” He asks, holding his hand out.
You hesitate for a moment before taking his hand. He pulls you into a hug.
He releases you and bites his lip,”So… I’ll pick you up tonight at 7?”
“Arasso…” You say.
There’s a silence between you two stand there looking at eachother, a smile on both your faces. This was short, because minutes in, you get interrupted by one of his hyungs who pulls him back into the studio. You laugh at the sudden action and turn on your heels to go home. For the whole time during practice, Jiyong couldn’t stop smiling like an idiot. And neither could you.
